Computer & device assistance by appointment

Do you need help with a new device or have questions about how to use a computer or the Internet?
Computer assistance is available by appointment for basic questions, assistance or troubleshooting.  

• Basics such as setting up an Email account, sending or receiving mail or sending attachments
• Accessing Wisconsin's Digital Library (Overdrive) on your tablet, phone or laptop
• Demonstrating basic navigation of Windows, Mac, Android or iOS devices.
• Simple questions about common programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint

Library staff will not install or modify software or computer settings.
