Local History Room
This room within the Library is set up with print, microfilm and electronic resources documenting the history of Reedsburg and the surrounding area. All materials in the room are provided for reference use and must be used within the library. Staff assistance is available for general reference assistance; in-depth reference assistance or assistance in using electronic databases or microfilm machine may require an appointment. Library staff are not able to conduct reference on behalf of users.

Library Archives
The Library Archives are housed in the South Wing of the Carnegie Library Building, part of the City Hall Complex at 134 S Locust St. The Archives is a closed collection of fragile and/or unique materials documenting the History of Reedsburg and surrounding area. The collection includes books, pamphlets, newspapers, photographs, postcards and and more. Materials may be requested for use at the Library (Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for staff to retrieve materials).
